This is a program that pushes a “community-driven approach” to becoming healthier. Crossfit devotees always want to talk about how great it is for them and why it would be perfect for you. The community is generally convinced that everyone would be better off with Crossfit.

There are a lot of nonprofits that rely on the importance of their goal to keep people happy to work for little. Many people who work for them get serious about the goal and spend all of their time devoted to it.

Being a part of Peloton starts because you want to improve your health, but it often morphs into an all-consuming community that you can’t wait to tell people about. Some people schedule their lives around it rather than the other way around.

One of the most ubiquitous companies in our modern lives has a cultlike devotion to it from buyers. However, it also has this effect on employees. They’re indoctrinated with the leadership principles and other buzzwords that the company uses to keep everyone speaking the same language.

This is a group sanctioned by the Boy Scouts of America for scouts to join and excel in. It’s like a smaller cult inside the larger cult of scouting with its meetings and campouts.

This is another multi-level marketing company or MLM. The company has independent sales reps who sell the mixers that are touted as being the only way to cook. A community has formed around them of people who swear by their Thermomix and try to convince others to use one.
K-Pop Fandoms
If you know a K-pop fan, you know about it right away. They have a devotion to their favorite K-pop stars that borders on religion. Many know every movement that goes with the songs their favorite group performs.
