1. Credit Monitoring

Credit monitoring services often promise protection against identity theft and credit score improvement. However, many are expensive and provide information already available for free through credit bureaus. A few of them have also been “hacked” with all of their client’s information out there – fostering the thing they are paid to prevent.

Ticketmaster’s service fees can inflate ticket prices significantly. Buyers are often left with a sour taste when they realize they’ve paid much more than the ticket’s face value. And it can take hours on the website to get tickets to hot events.
